You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes, conducting audits, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help establish best practices and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in driving continuous improvement initiatives and enhancing customer satisfaction. If you're passionate about quality and thrive in a dynamic environment, we invite you to join our team!Your responsibilities will includeOversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.Conduct regular inspections and audits of production areas and finished products.Maintain and update HACCP plans as required to ensure food safety and quality.Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical and quality issues.Maintain documentation related to quality assurance and control, including reports, certifications, and compliance records.Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance product consistency and safety.Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding quality concerns and product specifications, including customer complaints.Conduct maintenance and internal calibration of all laboratory test equipment.Provide training and support to employees on quality standards, HACCP principles, and best practices.About youPreferable experience in the dairy and UHT sectors.Relevant degree or certification in Quality Management, Food Science, or a related field.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Proactive problem-solving mindset.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Proven experience in quality coordination or assurance, preferably in the food or dairy industry.
