Quality Coordinator

About the Opportunity
Our client is one of the largest global EPCs working on a significant project client-side, embedded within the Oil & Gas Operators' owners team.
This role will be seconded into a global Supermajor operator in Perth CBD for an initial 6-month contract beginning in late January/February.
Scope: Modifications to the existing Prelude facility including:

Piping, Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls Modifications.
Installation of a new Production System to connect existing infrastructure.
Position: Quality Coordinator
Contract duration: 6 months (Opportunity to Extend)
Rate: roughly $100 - $110 p/hr inc super
Location: Perth CBD (Major Oil & Gas Operator's office)
Estimated start date: 10th February 2025
The quality team on this project will consist of 3 members, including this position (2 x QA Engineers and Project Quality Manager), reporting to the Corporate Quality Manager.
The Perfect Candidate will have the following:

Strong EPCM or subcontractor background
Strong project experience within O&G or similar
Strong client stakeholder skills
Min 3.1 Welding Inspectors CSWIP ticket or equivalent (cert.
10) is essential
Coatings certification is highly valued
BOSIET and offshore certs desirable but not essential
Min 3 years in Quality Management Control in O&G or 3 years managing inspections/quality management or coordination.
Experience coordinating third-party inspectors (about 15 personnel)
