Role Overview: As our Quality Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations meet and exceed Quality standards. Based at our head office in Scoresby, with interstate travel to our branches in Brisbane, Sydney and Perth, you'll manage our Quality Management System (QMS) initiatives, driving continuous improvement initiatives to maintain our high standards.
Key Responsibilities: QMS Oversight: Establish, implement, and evaluate quality performance and conduct analysis to assure that the QMS is meeting its intended outcomes in accordance with ISO9001 standards. Leadership and Support: Provide guidance and support to Executive Management and the leadership team on Quality and continuous improvement. Lead the WEG Quality Circle to drive initiatives and the QMS. Audit and Compliance: Oversee the internal audit program, conduct audits nationally, and manage ISO9001 certification. Address any non-conformances and ensure effective resolution. Performance Reporting: Prepare and present reports on Quality performance, risks, and opportunities for improvement to Executive Management and other key stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Identify root causes of issues, customer complaints, and support the development of training programs. Escalate risks and opportunities as needed. Training and Development: Identify training needs and select appropriate courses for Quality. Support team development and growth. What We're Looking For: Qualifications/Experience: Proven experience in Quality management. Preferred qualification in ISO9001 Internal Auditor but not essential. Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO9001 practices. Skills: Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing time effectively. Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work under pressure. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite of software will be advantageous.
