About The Company Our client is an innovative and leading food company with modern, high tech processing facilities located across Australia. This site is in regional NSW close to Griffith and 4.5 hours from Sydney & Melbourne. They produce ingredients and value added food products and sell to major retailers across Australia and globally. With increasing demand for their high quality products in the marketplace this is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional to take a step up into a coordinator level position. About The Role Reporting to the Quality Lead, you will drive the QA function within the operations team Lead the thermal processing facility Ensure safe and consistent high-quality products through effective QA/QC processes Adherence to GMP, HACCP, SQF, BRC Conduct internal audits & participation in 3rd party audits Investigate and respond to customer complaints Non-conformance management & corrective actions Documentation reviews & updates Provide technical assistance to other areas of the business Continual Improvement projects Skills & Experience Degree in Food Science/Technology or any other relevant science discipline Recent & relevant food Industry experience preferably relating thermal processing retort/ UHT Strong leadership skills Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, BRC, SQF, QMS highly desirable Ability to work well under deadlines and pressure Be approachable, enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable Good organisational and mathematical skills Benefits/Culture Opportunity to work with a global company Opprotunity to lead a processing facility Competitive salary High level support from senior members of the team to assist in driving change Apply!
