We are seeking an innovative superstar to take a 'hands on' approach in coordinating the utilisation of the Playford Civic Centre, Shedley Theatre and community halls across our city.
You will oversee all aspects of our venue operations, supervise staff, coordinate suppliers, and oversee technical equipment to ensure every event, show and function is flawlessly executed.
You will: Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand function and event objectives, needs and desires.
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the venue, including bookings, catering, purchasing and technical equipment.
Lead and inspire our frontline staff to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the Playford brand.

You will have an unwavering passion and commitment to deliver positive outcomes for the community.
You will have experience in facility management and coordination of venues, events and functions paired with a great attention to detail and passion for customer service.
Additionally, you will have: Demonstrated experience in overseeing and coordinating facilities, events, and functions.
Demonstrated experience and proven ability to effectively lead and coordinate staff.
Exceptional and engaging verbal and written communications skills for different audiences and stakeholder group.
