Control and maintenance of the QA system, Manual & Documentation Ensuring the Food Safety System is working Assist with Internal/ External Audits and Food Safety compliance HACCP compliance/ reviews and recertification Monitoring staff compliance with personal hygiene and factory GMP, clean down of equipment and production rooms Sanitation verifications Environmental & product sampling and micro testing Monitoring and Control of CCP's, CP & QCP Product specification and label printing verification Internal and external Customer NCR, root cause analysis, implementation of corrective actions QA check of paperwork, CCP's Updating supplier program and raw material specifications Monitoring incoming goods paperwork and finished product traceability Monitoring stock level and ordering of cleaning equipment/ chemical/ PPE Staff training & SOP's updating Calibration of daily/ monthly equipment such as Scales/ Thermometer/ metal detector etc. Maintaining verification & schedule of supporting programs such as Chemical & Pest Control manual #J-18808-Ljbffr
