Quality Control Lead Healthcare – Melbourne The Role This is a newly created position to support significant growth within the Healthcare division of Toll Group.
A national role, based in Melbourne with travel required to sites in QLD, NSW, SA & WA.
We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Lead to join our Healthcare function based in our head office in St Kilda Road, Melbourne.
As the Quality Control Lead you will:
Embed a quality control driven operation across the national network of healthcare facilities and customers.Work with the quality assurance team, customers, and site operations teams to improve standards, systems, and processes related to healthcare-specific quality control, while standardising operating models and compliance frameworks.Drive and support the setting and effective delivery of quality control related improvement projects across operations.Lead the development and deployment of operational and tactical plans to deliver against the agreed B.U, vertical and enterprise plans, and goals.Provide tender, contract management, risk management, project management, auditing, and troubleshooting services to support the B.U.About you To be successful in this role, you will need:
Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and data visualisation and presentation software such as Power BI.Knowledge of warehousing and distribution practices, including the operations of a 3PL company.Experience across ERP, WCS & WMS systems including SAP, Blue Yonder and JDA would be advantageous.I.S.O 9001:2015 Foundation trained.Ability to travel domestically and internationally as and when required by the business, at times with short notification.What moves you?
