As a Quality Control Executive at UPAC MANUFACTURING SDN. BHD., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of the company's manufacturing processes and products. Based in Mount Austin Johor, this full-time position is responsible for implementing and maintaining robust quality control systems to meet industry standards.
What you'll be doing Conducting regular inspection and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and final products to identify and address any quality issuesDeveloping and documenting quality control procedures and processes to maintain product qualityAnalysing quality data and generating reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvementCollaborating with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actionsEnsuring compliance with relevant quality standards, regulations, and internal policiesProviding training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practicesContinuously looking for ways to optimise quality control processes and enhance efficiencyMaintaining ISO 9001: 2015Ad Hoc duties as per instructed by management teamWhat we're looking for A bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably in the manufacturing industryStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret quality data and implement corrective actionsProficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and ISO standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsAttention to detail and a keen eye for identifying and resolving quality issuesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesWhat we offer At UPAC MANUFACTURING SDN.
