Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager

The Impact You'll Make;

Implement and maintain the Offsite Quality Management System, including branch operations and supplier inputs
Oversee quality systems and audit processes, managing internal and external investigations of non-conforming products or processes
Address quality concerns via the Customer Complaints system, communicating findings with key stakeholders
Work closely with Offsite Engineering and Marketing to uphold consistent quality standards
Oversee quality assurance contracts with key partners
Identify, lead, and assess continuous improvement (CI) opportunities in line with business strategy to enhance productivity and engagement
Lead CI projects to drive measurable performance improvements, guiding teams toward Operational Excellence
Mentor team members in new processes, support end-of-life equipment strategies, and assist in new procurement

About You;

Demonstrated experience managing change and continuous improvement initiatives
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficient in managing multiple projects and leading cross-functional teams
Experience conducting internal and supplier audits, managing technical relationships, and training/coaching stakeholders
Knowledge of quality systems management (ISO 9001 or ISO 10001) and Codemark certification (optional)
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science, or a quality management-related field (preferred)
2+ years in a quality management role within a manufacturing or product environment (preferred)
