In this role, you will be responsible for the continual maintenance, governance, and improvement of the business Management System and certifications.
You will be working across all departments facilitating training and awareness to ensure a consistent and value add approach that will impact the overall performance of the business.
This role will lead the ethical sourcing program, quality incident and product investigations, as well as facilitating continuous improvement programs for Bullivants.
Some of the key tasks: Manage the documentation across Policy, Framework, and Quality Management System (incl.
process mapping and training)Ensure ongoing compliance to all ISO and NATA accreditations (ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and NATA 17020 & 17025)Continually improve the Internal Audit program and drive outcomes to deliver on quality measures and performance outcomesPlan and execute all relevant external audit engagementsSupport with various continuous improvement and reporting requirements for Quality, Compliance, Safety and Sustainability departmentsSome of the key skills: 5+ years' experience within quality and complianceDemonstrated knowledge and oversight of Management Systems, ISO 9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001 standards & certificationsStrong process mapping and documentation skillsExperience in QMS management in fast pace, complex organisationHigh level of detail, ability to read, interpret audit results and standardsExcellent written and oral communication (internal and external customers), includes report writingHigh level of proficiency in MS office tools, reporting & analysis (BI tools)Ability to manage multiple tasks, and analyse and interpret dataPassion for quality, compliance and sustainability (ESG)This is a permanent, full-time opportunity.
