Quality & Compliance Lead, Systems & StandardsWorkforce Solutions (WFS) is the learning, training, and resourcing arm of the publicly listed Engenco Limited (ASX:EGN). This Quality & Compliance Lead, Systems & Standards role is required to develop, implement, and manage quality frameworks that ensure alignment with all relevant training regulations, legislation, and standards required by the Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
This role also oversees the ongoing management, maintenance, and RTO staff familiarisation with Quality Systems, Policies, Forms, and Templates.
Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain quality frameworks aligned with RTO standards and legislative requirements.Oversee Quality Systems, regulatory portals, and ensure all forms, templates, and policies are current and compliant.Deliver training to staff on quality systems and act as a compliance advisor.Support internal/external audits, prepare compliance reports, and drive process improvements.Foster a culture of quality and compliance across the organisation.To be successful in this role, you will have the following: 5+ years' experience in RTO compliance and VET frameworks.Strong knowledge of RTO standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.Proficiency in RTO Student Management Systems (aXcelerate preferred).Proven experience conducting audits, developing reports, and driving continuous improvement.Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or willingness to obtain.Formal qualifications in training, education, or related fields.We are looking to fill this role IMMEDIATELY.
