About the Role

Support the delivery of site Inductions as required including new employee inductions.
Support Customer Site Assessments (MVI / Safety / Risk).
Audit Critical Risk SWI's.
Coordinate HACCP / GMP requirements for the branch.
Deliver Training Programs.
Coordinate and schedule external training requirements.
Monitor Training record / matrix including eLearning progress and liaise with managers to ensure training is up to date and records accurately maintained.
Coordinate licensing renewals for the depot.
Monitor and update Trac licenses – drivers.
Perform Risk Assessments and develop SWI's.
Support the completion of site self-audits as required in order to meet broader business requirements and compliance obligations.
Update & maintain the Site Risk Register.
Coordinate and maintain records of Subcontractor and Supplier compliance.
Assist with the implementation of Safe Driving Procedure.

About you:

High level of computer literacy and advanced use of Microsoft suite of products.
Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to create business improvements - reviewing current practices and workflows.
Efficient time management skills.
Initiative – ability to look to the future, create opportunities and minimise potential issues.
Understanding of operating mechanics of vehicles and transport equipment.
