Quality Co-Ordinator

We are seeking an engaging, energetic and driven Quality Coordinator to join the Quality Team.
Key attributes for this position: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).A minimum of 4 years post grad experience in an aged care setting.Comprehensive understanding of contemporary Quality Management practices, integration with risk management, performance measurement and improvement.Advanced knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and demonstrated involvement in compliance and accreditation audits.Comprehensive understanding of the regulatory requirements in aged care.Excellent clinical skills and judgment.Demonstrated knowledge of COVID-19 and infection control policies.Excellent communication skills with the ability to supervise and provide training for staff.Demonstrated auditing skills with attention to detail.Proficient in written and spoken English.Competency in Microsoft suite of products.Ability to work under pressure and meet scheduled deadlines.A genuine passion for helping others to improve their skills and confidence.A positive attitude with a passion for aged care.Current NDIS Workers Screening Check.Full rights to work in Australia.This position will involve travel around the Perth Metro area visiting each of our five facilities, so a current driver's license and reliable vehicle will be required.
