Quality & Ci Manager

Our manufacturing, design and solution client based across Australia and NZ would now relish the opportunity to bring a Quality, CI & Lean management specialist into the business who can make an immediate and effective impact.The Quality & CI Manager role will oversee quality and continuous improvement processes within products and services to meet and exceed customer expectations and industry standards. They will develop, lead and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) and maintain ISO 9001 certification whilst establishing quality standards, audits, and fostering a continuous improvement culture.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement quality management systems, policies, and proceduresDevelop and manage the QMS documentation in alignment with ISO 9001 standardsConduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvementChampion lean principles to improve operational efficiencyLead continuous improvement initiatives and facilitate lean workshopsEstablish metrics and KPIs to monitor QMS effectiveness and process improvementsCoordinate and facilitate Lean events/workshops to improve operational outcomesTrain and coach Lean Continuous Improvement methodologies across multiple business functionsAnalyse complex data sets to identify improvement opportunities for end-to-end businessImplement and drive Lean activities in quality, cycle times, process improvement, process flow, machine availability, flow, and waste removal through lean techniquesFacilitate Root Cause Analysis on Waste, Quality, and Lost Time issuesDevelop and implement KPIs to improve operational outcomes and Lean initiativesExperience & Qualifications RequiredAccreditation in ISO 9001, preferred internal auditor qualifications, and certification in quality management and lean methodologies are requiredProven experience in quality management and continuous improvement within the design and construction industry is essentialProficiency in quality management software and tools is necessaryStrong leadership and project management skills are criticalExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities are a mustIf you're a highly experienced Quality & CI Manager within the design and construction industry who is seeking a new role or at least open to new opportunities, please apply and we will be in touch via a phone call within 24 hours.
