About the Opportunity As part of this commitment, we manufacture (or mould) most of our own bottles and caps right here on site using 100% post-consumer recycled PET plastic & HDPE.
Our Moulding department is now on the lookout for a 'Quality Checker' on our afternoon shift (3:00pm to 11:06pm, Monday to Friday) to oversee quality procedures, conduct inspections, and swiftly address any issues to maintain excellence in our bottle and cap production. The Quality Checker will work closely with our team to drive continuous improvement and ensure internal customer satisfaction from our production department.
Duties will include but are not limited to: Perform regular quality checks on bottles and caps.Quickly address and resolve any quality issues.Maintain and approve reference samples.Accurately document inspection results and quality data.Segregate quarantined/returned materials as per procedures.Report issues to supervisors and collaborate on solutions.Assist in training new staff on quality standards.Adhere to and promote safety procedures (including contributing to housekeeping).About You We're looking for a passionate individual who is committed to quality and understands its importance. Attention to detail and accurate reporting skills are essential.
