Nursing - Aged Care (Healthcare & Medical) Full time Mercy Community Aged Care services are on the lookout for a Quality Business Partner to join our team based in Townsville on a permanent full-time basis. This role is responsible for providing high-level support and assistance to the Quality and Risk team in maintaining and enhancing the Governance and Risk System and related initiatives. This position supports the Aged Care Services (ACS) including Residential Aged Care and Home/Community Aged Care. This role will include but is not limited to: Assist in the enhancement, implementation and maintenance of the Practice and Clinical Governance framework Monitor and review existing processes and systems to support quality-based service delivery Assist in the entry of clinical and quality data in external electronic portals Assist with the facilitation of clinical adverse outcome and complaint investigations About you As the successful applicant, you will possess: Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration Qualification in a relevant clinical governance or risk management (desirable) Current NDIS Workers Screening Clearance Clinical experience in Aged Care service delivery and quality systems (or similar healthcare setting) Experience in a similar role within the Aged Care sector or healthcare sector Why Mercy Community Mercy Community is a Catholic not-for-profit that provides a wide range of services supporting families and young people, people living with a disability, and the elderly.
