Quality Business Partner, Aged Care Full time Predominantly working from the Heritage Manor and St. Hilary sites, as well as from home.
About the Role As the Quality Business Partner for Aged Care at Baptcare, your primary purpose is to drive and facilitate a culture of quality, safety, compliance and operational efficiency within our aged care sites.
You will support sites to maintain ongoing compliance with regulations, standards and procedures.
You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, staff members, and regulatory bodies to develop, support implementation of, monitor and review aged care quality management systems that are consistent with Baptcare Quality and Practice Governance Framework.
Your role is essential in promoting excellence in resident and community care and operational practices, ultimately enhancing the quality of life for our aging population.

You will ideally bring the following: Registered Nurse Division 1 or tertiary qualifications in a health-related field Proficiency in implementing quality assurance programs for improved care and operations building a reputation for high quality.
Proven ability to ensure strict regulatory adherence and manage compliance audits and prepare documentation.
Strong data analysis skills and clinical skills for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Effective at building collaborative relationships with various stakeholders.
Strong leadership and communication skills for staff development and reporting, including preparation of reports.
Skilled in identifying and managing operational and clinical risks to ensure consumer well-being.
Proficient at creatively solving challenges to improve care quality, operational efficiency, and consumer satisfaction.
Alignment and commitment to Baptcare's Mission, Vision and Values Experience in NFP and/or community aged care highly regarded.
Experience in a unionised workplace highly regarded.
Willingness to obtain a Police Check through Baptcare.
Current AHPRA Registration.

Maintain compliance with established quality assurance programs and demonstrate successful implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure consistent adherence to regulatory standards and guidelines, and promptly address and resolve regulatory issues.
Support service-level implementation, evaluation and monitoring of Baptcare Quality and Practice systems and process Provide accurate and timely data reporting for quality and safety metrics, and continuously improve outcomes based on data analysis.
Foster collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, and actively engage in initiatives that enhance stakeholder satisfaction and alignment.
Provide internal business consultancy and support for best practice clinical and practice and quality improvement initiatives, stakeholder feedback systems, risk management and compliance systems, and Coordinate effective accreditation cycles, processes and mock audits to ensure accreditation readiness everyday Effectively identify and mitigate risks to ensure consumer well-being and organisational integrity, and continuously reduce adverse incidents through improved risk management practices.
Undertake scheduled and ad hoc audits, supporting development of improvements strategies to improve results Participate in Quality and Practice Meetings both onsite and within the Quality and Practice Governance framework Lead the Service Level implementation of the Baptcare Quality and Practice Governance Framework For You Baptcare is focused on living our values, not just talking about them.
