About The RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Business Partner and Feedback Management Lead for this dynamic aged care organisation. This managerial appointment will assist the Facility Managers of our residential care facilities in leading and supporting the delivery of a high standard clinical care for residents and to ensure SRV maintains full accreditation against the Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS Practice Standards and other compliance standards as required. The position will report to the Executive Manager Quality Outcomes and Innovation and will work closely with facility managers and other key staff.
Key Responsibilities, But Not Limited ToUndertake reviews and complete independent audits, in the areas relating high impact high prevalence risk with a focus on the National Aged Care Mandatory Quality Indicator Program (NQIP).Undertake auxiliary audits (including but not limited to) Continuous Quality Improvement Plans, Resident of the Day, Advanced Care Plans etc.Manage the feedback process including internal incident investigations.Participate in Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission performance assessment visits.Coordinate Quality meetings, develop agendas, provide reports and documents and publishing and distributing the minutes for the Quality Care and Consumer Advisory Body.Collating data required for key performance indicators.Contribute to the identification, implementation and evaluation of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) plans that deliver quality outcomes for residents and employees and a culture of service excellence.Key Selection CriteriaHave an undergraduate qualification relevant to aged care, healthcare or social assistance e.g. Allied Health, Nursing, Public Health or Health Services Management.A high level of verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills including presenting, minute taking, complaint response and report writing with an ability to demonstrate a high degree of follow up.A strong understanding of the Aged Care legislation, Aged Care Standards and the NDIS Practice Standards and their application with a focus on open disclosure.Demonstrable evidence of pro-active problem-solving, resilience and flexibility.Computer literate and proficient in MS Office. Demonstrable evidence of successful data analysis in relation to the National Aged Care Quality Indicators.An understanding of the current issues facing the aged care industry and the role and function of the Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission.Current registration with AHPRA.Benefits & CultureWe value our team and the wonderful work they do.
