As part of this commitment, we are seeking a Quality Auditor to join our dedicated team and ensure we continue to deliver exceptional services.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with laws, regulations, NDIS standards, and internal policies.Review and maintain documentation related to quality assurance and compliance, ensuring alignment with relevant benchmarks.Investigate and report on quality issues, risks, and corrective actions, providing detailed analysis and recommendations.Monitor and track complaints, compliments, and feedback, ensuring proper resolution and reporting to senior management.Review the submission and progress of serious incidents, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements to the NDIS Commission.Promote a culture of quality and compliance, delivering training programs to staff on risk management and quality standards.Collaborate with the Quality, Safety, and Compliance team to prepare monthly reports for the General Manager or Quality Control Manager. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Health Services, Compliance).2+ years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, or a similar role, ideally in the health or community services sector.Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and NDIS legislation.Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.Experience managing audits and contributing to compliance programs.
