Job Description - Quality Assurance Team Manager (2400015N)
About the role
We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Team Manager to join our Insurance Claims Quality Assurance team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for providing strong leadership, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Set clear expectations and direction for the Quality Assurance team.
Coach and motivate team members to achieve high performance.
Lead by example to achieve member, operational, and engagement goals.
Manage risk by ensuring compliance with regulatory and code expectations.
Drive team performance to meet quality and quantity standards.
Promote and undertake initiatives for continuous improvement.
About You:
Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining effective relationships with team members and internal stakeholders alike.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to influence and negotiate.
Proven track record in leading and coaching high-performing teams, especially during times of change.
Inspire team members to be their best and deliver exceptional results.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Initiative and problem-solving abilities to provide clear and decisive solutions.
Experience and/or understanding of outstanding customer service.
