This may include:
Supervising a team of 9 quality staff Assist in the compliance of all quality, HACCP and ISO certification systems Microbiological analysis and reporting Carry out pre-op audits Quality monitoring, analysis and evaluation if products, equipment and plant Managing customer complaints and corrective actions Participating in internal and external audits Project work as required The Successful Applicant Our ideal candidate has strong Quality Assurance experience in a food manufacturing site, ideally with people management or supervisory experience. You will also have:
Tertiary qualification in Food science/related science degree Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure Strong communication skills (written and verbal) The ability to work with a variety of stakeholders Strong understanding of GMP and HACCP principles pertaining to food production Excellent mathematical skills
