This may include:
Supervising a team of 9 quality staffAssist in the compliance of all quality, HACCP and ISO certification systems Microbiological analysis and reportingCarry out pre-op auditsQuality monitoring, analysis and evaluation if products, equipment and plantManaging customer complaints and corrective actionsParticipating in internal and external audits Project work as required The Successful Applicant Our ideal candidate has strong Quality Assurance experience in a food manufacturing site, ideally with people management or supervisory experience. You will also have:
Tertiary qualification in Food science/related science degreeExcellent time management skills and ability to work under pressureStrong communication skills (written and verbal)The ability to work with a variety of stakeholdersStrong understanding of GMP and HACCP principles pertaining to food productionExcellent mathematical skills
