Quality Assurance Supervisor

Your flexibility, willingness to learn, and positive attitude will contribute to your success in this position.The RolePack, unpack and re-pack fruit efficiently and effectively, following pick sheet directions and management instructions.Oversee all Quality Control issues with the fruit grading and transport of the product.Flexible working hours.Provide general assistance around our Darwin facility/site.Make cartons/crates and Container loading & unloading.Support the team with general tasks, including cleaning of equipment and general admin.Minimum Skills & Experience Required:Right to work in Australia full-time (e.g. Aus/NZ citizenship or permanent resident).Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.Willingness to learn.Good communication skills.Physically fit (for manual lifting tasks).Strong attention to detail.Safety focused.Desired (but not essential):Forklift experience or current forklift licence.Prior experience with containers.Prior experience as a QA supervisor.HOW TO APPLY:Simply click 'Apply Now' and include your resume in your application.Please note:Applicants that we select to interview will be contacted within 2 weeks of receiving an application.
