As a B2B company, we partner with leading energy retailers and distributors in New Zealand and Australia.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our enthusiastic and supportive metering operations team.
In this role you will be responsible for the Quality Assurance of our field technicians, ensuring adherence to relevant safety, quality and retailer contractual standards.
Key responsibilities include: Process and close work orders in line with relevant Retailer, Market and SLA's/KPI'sManage queries from FSP's and Retailers regarding service requestsIdentify and recommend opportunities for process improvement.Maintain data integrity of systems, resolve and correct discrepancies as requiredPerform routine data analysis and reporting to identify HSW or QA related issuesInvolvement in ad hoc projects as requiredWork closely with QA Coordinators to support team training and developmentWho we are looking for: To be successful in this role you will be an enthusiastic team player with previous customer service experience.
You'll be adept at communicating effectively with both internal and external customers, and will also bring the following:
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think outside the boxKnowledge of the Australian regulatory requirementsAble to support the implementation of process improvements projectsExcellent interpersonal skills with both internal and external parties and be able to build constructive and effective relationshipsCommunicate with clarity and effectively across all levelsStrong collaborative working and influencing skillsAbout us: Bluecurrent is jointly owned by Vector and QIC.
