Band 5 - salary range $104,284 - $147,238 per annum (plus super) Join TasNetworks within a newly created role of Quality Assurance Specialist, where you'll play a key part in the initial development, implementation, and management of quality assurance processes and systems that are vital to the success of Major Transmission Projects.
The role provides strategic and operational expertise to Quality Assurance management, championing quality standards and processes and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 across all project phases.
Integrating with the wider PMO team, this role works with various stakeholders across the business to determine requirements, assesses QA plans and processes for compliance, completes a variety of reports, and investigates any non-conformance matters.

You will be an expert in Quality Assurance, ideally within large infrastructure or transmission projects (and/or complex environments), with demonstrated knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and regulatory quality requirements.
You will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to problem-solve and consistently look at ways to improve processes.
Your autonomous way of working, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across a range of stakeholders, will see you succeed in this role.
Effective time management and project reporting experience is also required in this role.
