Our success is based on hiring outstanding people and accepting nothing less than being the best at what we do.To support each other and the business by attending to a range of tasks in an efficient and timely manner to a high standard for our internal and external stakeholders.Working closely with the broader business nationally, the role is responsible for achieving smooth operating rhythm and providing a positive experience for all brokers and members.Key Responsibilities:Data entry to operating platforms & payment systemLiaise with the Distribution Team, State Directors, Agreements Team and Onboarding Team to ensure the broker agreement maintenance tasks held in LMG commission systems are upheld and updated in an accurate and timely manner within the timeframe and standards set out within our service agreement levels.Ensure that instructions, inquiries and queries are acted on efficiently and effectively, seeking to maintain effective working relationships at all times.Work collaboratively with team members in commissions to ensure commission runs checks are completed prior to the run within the specific timeframes allocated by the Portfolio QA Manager.Communicate any ad hoc tasks received to the Portfolio QA Manager account for correct ownership and responsibility.Adhere to in a timely manner all Monthly Franchise Review system changes supplied by the Analyst.Participate in projects to help improve delivery.Raise and report potential issues or incidents as they happen as part of our Risk and Compliance requirement.Support of Broker & Referrer Requirements:Maintenance of process documentation e.g. Standard Operating Procedures.Adhere to the processes and documents required for sale of trail, transfer of trail, sale of income, external transfer and update accordingly.Adhere to Due Diligence checks, setups and maintenance of ABN/GST, Returned funds, Transaction Fees (Fast and Choice), Rates/split codes, Agreement Execution/Deed of Assignment, Bank Details.Adhere to all adjustments required for FAST & Choice in a timely manner before commission runs.Upskill own personal development and train others on reaching the skill level to train and support each other.Work closely with the Portfolio QA Manager to continually improve processes.To succeed in this role you will bring with you:Strong understanding of MYCRM, HubSpot, RMS, PodiumHQ, Netsuite and FileInvite.1-3 years experience in Agreements or Aggregation style tasks.A "can-do" attitude and a continuous improvement mindset.The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Strong communication, written and verbal skills.Ability to multitask and being able to work with other parts of the LMG business.
