Job Description & Summary:

Position: Sr. Associate Quality Assurance - Tester

Capabilities:

Functional (black box): user acceptance, smoke, regression, interfaces, integration and installation.

Non-Functional: performance, load, stress, usability, maintenance.

Structural (white box): code integration tests, memory, mutation.

Automation: UI layouts, APIs, web services, updates, pentesting, mobile automation.

Main Responsibilities:

Requirements analysis

Generate technical proposal of the project

Identify potential issues that may be overlooked by the development team

Anticipate and make small adjustments even when the system is already operational

Ensuring quality deliveries that meet customer needs

Team time management

Report of activities before the client

Apply Scrum methodology

Comply with the standard procedures

Manage activities with other areas (QA, Infra, DBA, UX/UI)

Direct contact with the client, receive proposals, requirements, task priority

Define the forms and means of technical training required for the fulfillment of the project for development teams

Test plans maintenance

Position: Sr. Associate - Database Consultant

Requirements:

5 to 7 years of experience in similar activities.

Engineering or degrees related to technology and systems (degree and professional license required).

Advanced English proficiency.

Flexibility to work in a hybrid scheme, attending the office 3 times a week.

Experience in projects using Agile methodology.

Required Skills: Azure DevOps, Black Box Testing, C Sharp (Programming Language), Selenium
