With several Flavorite sites located across Victoria, this role is based at our Tatura location which currently employs over 400 employees.
This position is a unique role, and full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
About the role: It is important to note that this position is not a laboratory role.
The Quality Assurance Officer will see their work day split between working in the production area, completing produce inspections and the other half of their work day completing administrative duties within an office environment.
Key duties include (but not limited to): Assuring audit readiness year-round by maintaining internal audit and verificationsAssure customer satisfaction through performing inspections of productAnalyse retention samples of productsReporting identified produce quality issuesLiaise with Production and Distribution teams dailyAssist with cleaning and housekeeping dutiesPerforming higher duties as requiredThe successful candidate will have the following: Strong problem-solving skillsStrong decision-making skillsSound computer skillsHigh attention to detailHighly motivatedFlexibilityHACCP or Freshcare certification is advantageous but not required for this roleWhy work for us?
