Andrews Meat Industries is a leading food service meat supplier comprising three key divisions: foodservice, value added (cooked) and export. Across these divisions, the company supplies to all areas of the hospitality industry, including restaurants, cafes, hotels, clubs, and resort groups, as well as servicing a number of other market segments, including health and aged care, education, aviation, and sporting venues.
An opening exists for a newly created Quality Assurance Officer to join the team at Andrews Meat Industries. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that is leading the way in the meat industry.
About your new role The Quality Assurance Officer will help to ensure that the quality of all products are maintained in accordance with product specifications and customer and legal requirements.
Work Hours 2.00am – 10.00am

Monitor CCP and CP tasks.Monitor operational hygiene of personnel and the facility.Follow through on appropriate corrective actions.Monitor identification and traceability of products.Participate in internal and external audits.Assist with regular training of existing and new staff.Undertake other related activities as required.Who we are looking for? What we need from you is:
