Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to join our HSEQ team. Based at our new CBD head office, with occasional time on site, this position is offered on a full time permanent basis.
THE ROLE
As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for:
Conducting internal audits and inspections Managing and monitoring the Quality inbox Managing and maintaining quality documents; including document reviews and system registration Maintaining client feedback data Conducting conformance or incident investigations; or support for actions and closures Preparing for and assisting with external audits Evaluating findings and implementing appropriate corrective actions Developing and recommending corrective and preventative actions Compiling monthly quality reports Maintaining quality databases i.e. Business Management System, Excel quality registers, SharePoint ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Minimum of 2 years' related experience Sound understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management System Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills with proven experience liaising and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ability to prioritise work schedules and tasks to meet ever changing work demands Able to work as a team and autonomously with the drive for continuous improvement of the Quality Management System Document and data / record management skills Proficient in executing Microsoft programs IN RETURN
