  Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Conduct thorough audits of lending files to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. Prepare and maintain documentation for potential audits by regulatory authorities. Update and maintain comprehensive reports reflecting compliance metrics and areas of improvement. Develop and deliver training programs on compliance requirements to ensure staff members are informed and compliant. Act as a liaison with regulators and industry bodies, staying abreast of regulatory changes impacting the finance industry. Analyse regulatory requirements and provide expert advice to management on compliance obligations. Review and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure comprehensive compliance support and maintain transparent communication with regulators. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in banking or financial services with a strong focus on compliance. Specific Experience within a Mortgage Brokerage space, with an overview of Aggregator compliance highly regarded. University-level qualification in financial services or related discipline Compliance industry qualification (e.g. Certificate IV in Compliance & Risk management) desirable. Clear Police & Credit Report (Mandatory). 
Please be aware that this position is a full-time on-site role and work from home arrangements are not an option. Successful candidates must be prepared to work exclusively from the office in Norwest, Sydney.
