21/11/2024 Quality Assurance Officer | 7 Month Contract | Up to $78.08/hour inclusive of Super $60.57 - $70.03/hour + super 7 Month Contract Canberra / Hybrid About the Role    We are seeking a motivated early childhood professional to join our Quality Assurance team.
This role involves supporting education and care providers to achieve compliance and promote high standards for the ACT Government.
You will work closely with providers, educators, and families, driving continuous quality improvement across the education and care sector.
Key accountabilities include: Independently manage and conduct assessment and rating processes in line with relevant legislation.
Provide expert advice and support to providers, educators, families, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with government and non-government organisations, representing the Directorate at meetings and events.
Uphold and demonstrate the ACT Government's Respect, Equity and Diversity Framework and maintain safe workplace practices.
About You Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in education and care (or related fields).
A valid driver's licence.
Authorised Officer status under the National Quality Framework is desirable (training can be provided).
Current registration under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011.
