Quality Assurance Manager - Timber Floors

The Role Permanent position offering long term stability and career advancement looking after a designated territory – Looking after Melbourne's Western Suburbs.
Excellent Salary plus company car, laptop and phone
Managing and overseeing the installation process in your designated territory
Ensuring installations are conducted in accordance with the company's installation procedures
Responding to all builder and installer issues within your territory
Developing a close working relationship with building supervisors and timber flooring installers in your territory to maintain regulatory compliance and quality standards of workmanship
Auditing jobs and ensuring all inspections are within a timely and professional manner and of highest quality workmanship
Ensuring all administration is kept up to date, attending construction and operations meeting as required
The Successful Candidate will have Experience in the building Industry, preferably with Timber Floors and at a Quality Assurance level
Be able to enforce quality standards
Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and attention to DETAIL!
High Energy and be highly motivated
A pragmatic approach to problem solving
And most of all, be able to take ownership of your designated territory and work with it as if it were yours
