You will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and reliability while fostering a culture of quality across the organisation. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a vital role in our global operations.What You Will Be Doing:Create a supportive environment and build a robust Quality Assurance capability within the team.Contribute to operational, tactical, and strategic decision-making as a senior member of the Supply Chain team.Stay updated on QMS and industry trends and regulations, ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 9001 and 14001.Lead a high-performing QA team, conducting performance reviews and providing coaching and training.Develop and implement quality assurance systems and processes that align with company strategies.Create a standardized audit process for both in-house and offshore production to identify potential quality issues.Collaborate with R&D to identify opportunities for product design improvements.Manage supplier quality assurance programs to ensure sourced materials meet quality standards.Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Six Sigma and Lean.Report on key performance indicators related to product quality, such as defect rates and customer returns.Ensure thorough documentation and maintenance of quality records in the appropriate repository.What Makes a Successful Quality Assurance Manager?To excel in this role, you will have:A Degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.A Diploma in Quality Auditing and certification as an ISO 9001 Internal Quality Auditor.Extensive experience in QMS frameworks within the electronics manufacturing or engineering sector.Proven track record in developing and managing high-performing teams and maximizing ERP systems for accurate reporting.Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and experience in change management.Experience with SuccessFactors is desirable.Benefits and Culture:Our culture is supportive and collaborative.
