Qualifications & Skills - At least 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent qualifications, preferably within the coffee industry, covering both farming and post-harvest processes.
- Q-Grader accreditation preferred.
Tasks & responsibilities ? Report to General Manager ? Oversee all quality assurance matters across green bean and roasted production ? Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures ? Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control systems ? Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations ? Perform SCA scoring across all  ? Collaborate with production team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions ? Train and educate staff on quality assurance best practices ? Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance product quality ? Manage and maintain quality assurance documentation and records ? Lead and oversee quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods ? Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of incoming materials ? Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to continuously improve quality assurance processes  ? Oversee and develop our annual small lot program focused on producing our highest quality coffee
