Quality Assurance Manager

Job name: Afternoon shiftQA Manager Workgroup: All areas Reports to: General Manager Job Summary: This role will see you lead and manage the Greenmountain food processing Quality Assurance function, maintaining the Quality Management System processes and procedures to ensure the consistent delivery of quality products to customers. About you: You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in Quality assurance role. Knowledge and understanding of the Export Control Act 2020 and Rules 2021. Knowledge and understanding of a Quality System & Bovine Meat Processing Based Food Safety HACCP System. Knowledge and understanding of the AUSMEAT Language & Associated Monitoring (Boning Room/Loadout + Beef Specification) Knowledge and understanding of Import Country Requirements, particularly around China Dual Language requirements. Knowledge and understanding Export Meat Establishment expectations in relation to meeting customer expectations in producing quality product. Be able to work and communicate within a team environment of mixed cultures. Be able to communicate with Supervisors, Managers in resolving issues on a day-to-day basis. Be able to work alongside the day shift Quality Assurance Manager to ensure co-hessian and unity throughout all hours of production. Be able to record information in an auditable manner. On Offer: Salary on offer $65,000 - $75,000 Mon – Fri roster working set hours of 2:30pm – 11:30pm. You will get the opportunity to work for an Australian owned and operated business.
