Quality Assurance Manager

Develop and implement quality systems and certification processes for energy-efficient services, set quality benchmarks for materials and processes, oversee installations and final inspections, manage resources, timelines, teams, and quality control throughout project execution, and ensure the quality of energy-efficient products like solar panels and LED lighting.
Job Description: Develop and implement quality systems and certification processes for energy-efficient services.Set quality benchmarks for materials and processes, overseeing installations and final inspections.Oversee installation processes, ensuring adherence to company standards and client satisfaction.Manage resources, timelines, teams, and quality control throughout project execution.Coordinate cross-team communication for effective quality system implementation.Ensure the quality of energy-efficient products like solar panels and LED lighting.Monitor services like energy audits and sustainable installations for precision and quality.Continuously improve quality assurance processes and monitor effectiveness.Train staff on quality standards and procedures.Ensure compliance with industry laws, regulations, and standards.Address and resolve quality-related customer complaints and issues promptly.Conduct field audits to randomly assess the quality of installations and services.Requirements: A minimum qualification of bachelors.At least 2 years of minimum experience as a quality assurance manager or relevant role.Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards.Good knowledge of MS Office and databases.Outstanding communication skills.Great attention to detail and a result-driven approach.Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.Reliable and trustworthy.Planet Green Australia is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, embracing diversity and fostering an inclusive workplace.
