Job Description *** Position is Contingent Upon Award *** This position requires specialized skills and knowledge to handle the challenges and complexities of the office and project quality activities.
With authoritative decision-making, this role's recommendations have a significant impact on business line quality policies and programs.
This role may supervise the work of assigned quality personnel as needed.
Implement and supervise technical quality (i.e., adherence to client, regulatory agency, and company requirements), and help to maintain harmonious client relations.
Communicate effectively with all labor grades, and contribute ideas that stimulate positive direction of business line personnel.
Serve as project Quality Manager on small to medium sized projects, if necessary.
Maintain relationships with key internal and external Clients and external Quality community.
Typically manage personnel and provide an environment for the development and professional advancement of staff members, including on-the-job and formal training and development opportunities, and timely performance feedback.
Other duties as assigned.

Basic Job Requirements Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and ten (10) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to fourteen (14) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
Other Job Requirements (U) Minimum of five (5) years' experience managing programs/projects of similar size, scope and complexity.
(U) Knowledge of process improvement models.
(U) Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts to manage cost, schedule, scope, risk, deliverables and related metrics.
(U) Industry recognized Quality Assurance certification, or equivalent.
(U//FOUO) TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph is required.
