Apply now Job no: 493142 Work type: Full-time Location: Melbourne CBD Categories: People, Performance & Culture As a Quality Assurance Lead you will be responsible for supporting a team of Quality Assurance Officers to identify compliance and quality trends. You will play a key role in providing recommendations to the management team on process enhancements. This includes managing the outcomes of Quality Auditing in order to ensure ongoing delivery of outstanding collection outcomes for our clients.
