Quality Assurance LeadPearson Carter are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to join our dynamic DevOps team. You will oversee and improve QA practices for our platform, supporting strategic business goals and ensuring the continuous improvement of our application ecosystem.Role is open to candidates in NSW and QLD.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the QA team, driving the development and review of test strategies, plans, and audits.Continuously improve QA processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.Track and resolve defects in a timely manner, ensuring high-quality standards.Guide and mentor junior QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Provide regular updates to stakeholders on QA activities, risks, and issues.Implement automation strategies to optimize testing and reduce manual effort.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all QA activities.Qualifications:Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.5+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.Experience with defect tracking tools and test management software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.Salary: They offer an excellent salary of $125,000 - $135,000 + Super.Location: Hybrid in SydneyHow to Apply:Please apply asap with your CV to be considered for this position.
