What you do: This role focuses on maintaining compliance with iSelect's compliance management framework and quality assurance program, supporting the Senior Risk & Compliance Manager and Compliance Business Partners.
Key responsibilities include updating compliance frameworks, reviewing policies and procedures, conducting training, and ensuring all customer interactions adhere to legislative and industry requirements.
The position involves managing the business QA framework, overseeing third-party call monitoring, analysing compliance trends for reporting, and providing guidance on legislative changes to stakeholders.
Overall, the role aims to enhance compliance awareness with key stakeholders and improve compliance results within the organisation.
