As an Administration Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a team of Business Development Consultants who have been providing services to the IT industry for the past 8 years.

The Role:
Provide crucial support to a vibrant sales team, consisting of up to 8 consultants. Conduct thorough Quality Assurance by meticulously reviewing calls and assessing leads to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Actively engage with clients to foster strong relationships and ensure their needs are met effectively. Handle administrative tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operations and support team effectiveness.
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience working within an office environment is preferred, but open to candidates from various backgrounds who are eager to take the next step in their careers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have full working rights, as this is a long-term opportunity for someone looking to grow with the company.
