We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Engineer to play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services.
As a Quality Assurance Engineer at swipejobs, you will work closely with the executive team, engineering team, and other key stakeholder to ensure the quality of our mobile and web applications through manual testing.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product development teams to understand project requirements and specificationsCollaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to identify test requirements and create comprehensive test plansConduct various types of manual testing such as functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testingDevelop and maintain test documentation such as test plans, test cases, and test reportsManage defects and issues, including troubleshooting and root cause analysisContinuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and toolsProvide input on product design and usability to ensure a seamless user experience
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience in manual testing, including test planning, test case design, and test executionExperience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and KanbanStrong understanding of software testing principles and practicesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExperience with test management tools such as JIRAAll candidates must have valid working rights in Australia
