This role represents an opportunity to support an incredibly exciting, fast-growing financial technology company ('FinTech'), that offers substantial personal and professional development opportunities.OurMoneyMarket is a leading fintech with a mission to Make Money Simple, and we are proud to have been ranked 16th in the AFR Fast 100 List 2024, alongside numerous industry awards from Canstar, Finder & RateCity.What you'll doYou will play a key role in ensuring the quality of software products by designing, implementing, and executing tests and will collaborate with development teams to identify issues, defects, and potential improvements throughout the software development lifecycle and you will undertake key responsibilities including but not limited to,Developing and maintaining comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and user storiesDefining the testing strategy for new and existing featuresPerforming manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications to identify defects and ensure software qualityLogging defects and tracking their resolution using defect management tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla)Ensuring the testing environment is properly set up and aligned with project requirementsMaintaining thorough documentation of testing activities, test cases, test results, and defect logsProviding management with progress reports, highlighting areas of risk, issues, and testing statusWhat you'll bring:Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering5+ years of experience in software testing, including manual and automated testing, in Agile/Scrum environmentsRelevant QA certifications are desirableProficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, Sonar Cloud)Strong knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git)Familiarity with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla)Experience with database testing and SQL queriesUnderstanding of performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter)What we'll offer:Fast-growing business, disrupting traditional consumer finance.High performing credit team, with market-leading loss performanceAmazing work culture and opportunities to growFull-time position, competitive remunerationLocated in Adelaide CBDIf you are a self-starter who is passionate about making a difference, we would love to hear from you.
