To ensure we offer consistent services to all clients, the Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for promoting and supporting the quality of work carried out by all National Sales employees.Responsibilities:Listen to and evaluate customer interactions, analyzing, documenting, and reporting on calls.Keep accurate and up-to-date reports.Verify through Removal Plan assessment that accurate information is recorded in the Kent Management System.Review and process all survey cancellations.Have a thorough command of all Kent Removals and Storage products and offerings, features and benefits, as well as accurate costing and quoting.About YouWhat we hope you have:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Excel.Ability to work well in a small team supporting each person's workload.Experience in a quality or compliance role, monitoring call quality or data.Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.You may not fit the requirements 100%, but that's ok; we focus on training and development so that we can promote from within.
