Together, we are committed to delivering impartial, fit-for-purpose and high-quality medico-legal reports and impairment services throughout Medicus is triple ISO certified across Information Security Management System, Quality Management System and Occupation Health & Safety Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 9001 & ISO DescriptionThe Quality Assurance Consultant is involved in the provision of high quality, factually accurate and timely medico-legal responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Undertake quality assurance reviews of medico-legal reports in line with quality framework and relevant regulations and legislationBuilding sustainable relationships, connections and trust with customers and medical experts through open and interactive communicationWork collaboratively with team members to ensure prioritisation of workflowProvide feedback and training for medical experts on medico-legal report writingResolve emerging problems & handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, follow ups to ensure resolution, customer record interactions and escalationWe are seeking a person who has strong self-motivation, has the ability to work independentlyand within a team environment. Someone who has strong leadership, follow up, organisation and prioritisation skills and excellent attention to detail.This is a full-time position.QualificationsExperience or qualifications in allied health, legal or insurance industries, ideally with experience in interpreting medico-legal reports – highly regardedExperience in utilising the AMA Guides and WorkCover Guides for assessing permanent impairment and disability assessments is desirable.High level of written and verbal communication skillsGood computer skills, particularly with Microsoft OfficeAdditional InformationYou are welcome fast-growing team of more than 3,500 people around Australia represent a huge array of life experiences, skills and ways of thinking.
