Duties can also include clearance to specification of raw materials and packaging material for use at the site as required.Deliver the routine and timely release of finished goods with a focus on Food Safety, Quality, and Customer Service. Ensure products are prioritised for release to fit with business strategies.Prepare and distribute reports on product release status. Follow up relevant areas for information as required to finalise product release, including liaison with QA Officers on products subject to investigation.Create and manage relevant release documentation including Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and Declaration of Compliances (DoC), ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.Ensure Warehouse and Export teams are communicated with and updated on any quality issues likely to impact customer service or delivery of finished goods.Actively participate in daily operational meetings and IWS activities to support the site Food Safety Management System.Maintain and monitor existing systems to support internal and external needs as well as identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies, costs, and accuracy.Ensure compliance with Noumi GMP and Food Safety standards.Manage the control and distribution of product specifications for the Site to ensure correct information is available to drive production and clearance processes.What you'll bringKnowledge of quality and manufacturing systems or warehousing are beneficial.Ability to work autonomously and appropriately prioritise competing demands.High attention to detail and ability to collate information from multiple sources to build files.Ability to complete work to a high standard and to agreed timelines.Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to be responsive to organisational contingencies as they arise.Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to demonstrate attention to detail.Why Noumi?A new day brings new opportunities and possibilities.
