The Quality Assurance Business Partner will coordinate and maintain the site quality management systems, with a focus on ensuring internal and external compliance requirements. They will report into the Quality Manager and act as a 2IC.
Ensure product food safety & quality standards are metWorking collaboratively with the site team to achieve targets and milestones in food safety & qualityProactive in implementing product quality risk mitigation strategiesSupervise, mentor and coordinate quality officers day-to-day activitiesEnsure compliance to the Food Safety Plan and improve the plan where able; including but not limited to Prerequisite Programs, CCP's and QCP'sSupport and Coach the QC's and any reports that may be in the role for them to develop and provide a succession plan with the department.Skills & Experience 5+ years experience in a similar roleFood industry background highly regardedHighly collaborative approach with strong communication skillsAbility to problem solve and identify a way forward when faced with issuesDemonstrated effectiveness in team engagement, cultural change and process improvementStakeholder engagement and influencing skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
