Due to continued growth in our business, we have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Quality Assurance Building Consultant/Inspector to join our Inspection team.
Reporting to the General Manager, this position is an integral part of our team.
The Consultant's daily tasks may include (but are not limited to) quality assurance inspections, stage inspections, pre-purchase building/pest inspections, etc.
This is a permanent full-time position for an immediate start.
The position is based for work in all areas of south-east QLD and Northern NSW.
If you are currently working in the Construction industry and hold a builder, supervisor or completed residential building inspector's license and are looking for a change in career with less stress and pressure, you may be the person we are looking for.
Minimum Qualifications (Essential): QBCC licence (Builders Licence, Supervisor Licence or Building Inspectors Licence) White card (OH & S) Minimum 3-5 years' experience in the building and construction industry Desired Attributes: Flexibility, willing to learn, friendly and reliable, and work efficiently in a small team environment Options of full-time or permanent part-time Enthusiastic, with a positive attitude and focused on customer service and client relationships Computer literate, able to use i Pad/tablet or similar Strong personal and interpersonal skills required What We Offer: Intensive training and consultation Family business environment Full administration support Further education and professional development Remuneration includes a base package with a fully maintained company car, i Pad, company expense credit card plus bonuses based on workflow.
