We now have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Associate to join the Quality Assurance Team.
This position reports to the Quality Assurance Manager and is responsible for various aspects of Quality Management Systems.
Key Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain Quality System assurance and compliance.Primarily supporting quality investigations of non-conformances/ deviations/ Out of Specifications/ Return Goods/ Rejects and Quarantine goods to ensure they are thoroughly investigated, corrected, and reported in a timely manner.Collect the Product Quality Review data and prepare the Product Quality Review Report as per the PQR schedule.Conduct and participate in Internal Audits and various other inspection activities to complete the Internal Audit programme.Assisting with the release of Products for supply/sale and review of batches when required.Assist in customer complaint investigations/CAPAs/Change Controls/Documentation Management when required.Collaborate with the Vendor qualification program to ensure that new vendors are approved and qualified when required.Qualification & Key Skills: A tertiary qualification in a relevant scientific discipline.Experience managing multiple priorities, meeting timelines, and adapting to change with a 'Can do' attitude.Strong investigation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Prior experience in a quality-focused position within the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or complementary medicines industry.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders and influence where required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
